How Leaf Cleanup Pricing Works

Recurring Maintenance: Customers receive a fixed, all-inclusive price per visit following a quick in-person property assessment.

Service Levels

Choose the Right Leaf Cleanup Option

Select the service level that best fits your property layout, tree density, and budget:

Best For: Property owners who simply want their grounds cleared once during or after the season.
Details: Billed based on actual crew size and total labor time spent on site.

Best For: Properties with lighter tree coverage or budget-conscious homeowners.
Details: The minimum recurring option. Fixed price per visit following an initial property assessment.

Best For: Average wooded Richmond properties needing steady maintenance throughout active leaf drop.
Details: Our standard recommendation to keep your yard looking balanced. Fixed price per visit after assessment.

Best For: Heavily wooded estates, properties with high-value hardscapes, or clients who demand a pristine yard all season.
Details: Premium recurring plan with a fixed price per visit after assessment.

Best For: Homeowners who want zero hassle and complete hands-off management all autumn long.
Details: Maximum convenience tailored specifically to your landscape.

Why Recurring Leaf Cleanup Helps

Protect the lawn — prevent thick leaf accumulation from sitting on turf for extended periods.
Keep the property looking maintained — the yard stays presentable throughout fall rather than only looking good after the final cleanup.
Keep hardscapes cleaner — helps prevent wet leaves from sitting on patios, walks, and driveways and keeps those areas usable.

Working Steps

How Our Leaf Cleanup Works

Clear the Property: blow leaves from beds, lawns, and hardscapes.

Collect the Leaves: consolidate and process the debris with commercial equipment.

Handle the Debris: haul it away, move it to an approved on-site location, or handle it according to the agreed disposal method.

Commercial Equipment Built for Serious Leaf Volume

Lead with the customer benefit rather than machine specifications.
Explain that commercial leaf-vacuum equipment allows you to efficiently process and collect large volumes of leaves.
Then specifically feature the Scag Giant-Vac powered by the 26.5 HP Kohler Command Pro EFI.
This is a great place for a photo/video of the machine working.

A big area of our yard had been neglected for years and they came in and got so much done so fast. They will be my go to for anything yard related and we even hired them for regular maintenance! Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great service, detailed pricing with a breakdown of all the work to be done, and an excellent final result. I needed a section of my backyard leveled. Tommy and his team brought the right tools and expertise, and now I have an aboveground pool set up on perfectly flat ground. Thanks Mags!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had the Mags Landscaping team perform a significant amount of work in our front, back, and side yards. They removed plants, bushes, and weeds, trimmed trees and large bushes, and cleaned up our French drain. They also completely revitalized our side yard by reclaiming an area that was vastly overgrown with brush, poison ivy and vines. The side yard looks absolutely amazing now and the team has significantly improved the look of our property! The crew worked very hard over the course of two days and the results have exceeded our expectations. Thanks so much to the crew and to Carrie for coming out to capture in detail all of the work we needed to have done. We highly recommend Mags Landscaping for your landscaping and lawn maintenance needs!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They returned my call in timely manner and got me scheduled, they came to my property and did everything I asked which was cutting palms and a row of sea grapes, they cleaned up my yard and I was very pleased, they were very careful of new plants under palms. A+ would highly recommend, I will be using them again in the future and the price was very fair. Sherry Northcutt Nokomis
